The Pacific Streamkeepers Federation (PSkF) is working cooperatively with Community Colleges and Fisheries and Oceans Canada (FOC) to deliver quality streamkeeper training throughout the province. Students work their way through modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 11 of the Streamkeepers Handbook and Modules.FOC/PSkF Trainers
