Cheakamus River Spill Photos

Courtesy of Paul Cipywnyk

We didn't take many photos, but here are a few more if they are of any use. Most are self-explanatory, taken at the hatchery, or by the river on Saturday afternoon. Yumi found a live caddisfly, and we later found several more -- one guy out looking for fish said he saw them munching on dead fry! Dunno if they survived the spill, or if the current brought them downstream from unaffected areas...

The blonde with the reflector was Global News. We recognized some of their shots on the 6:00 and 11:00 p.m. shows on Saturday, along with 2 seconds of me in my waders standing out in the river gazing pensively downstream :-).
