Pacific Salmon Foundation announces partnership with CN to support long-term recovery plan of the Squamish Watershed including the Cheakamus River.

VANCOUVER, Aug. 16, 2005 — Taking the first steps toward the recovery of Pacific salmon and the overall health of the Squamish River watershed including the Cheakamus River, CN will provide financial support required over the long term to help with the Squamish River Watershed Recovery Plan. Pacific Salmon Foundation will be presenting the Squamish River Watershed Salmon Recovery Plan at the North Vancouver Outdoor School on the Cheakamus River on Wednesday, Aug 17 at 1:00pm.
