Fishing business hurting

The manager of a sport-fishing store in Squamish says a chemical spill into the Cheakamus River is affecting his business in a big way

.

Joel Martin says other businesses are also hurting because the area's three rivers are closed for fishing.

The toxic spill happened August 8th after a CN Rail train derailed.

Almost 41,000 litres of sodium hydroxide from one car spilled into the Cheakamus River. (The Province)
