Concerns
Taylor Tributary has been very negatively impacted by being relocated to build a condominium complex at Banff Court.
Taylor Tributary is culverted for a few hundred metres between the north end of Cascade Court and the corner of Mount Seymour Road and Indian River Drive
The Tributary flows along the fence behind the condominium complex on Banff Court. Thus, the Tributary lacks riparian protection from the development and is also subject to erosion from the complex
Watershed Projects and Good News
The creek is healthy and complex along Mount Seymour Road and north of Cascade Court
